Pattern - Warm Jumper
[tabblock]
[tab1: The Warm Jumper pattern is such a fascinating knit with its highly unusual surface texture created using a chain-like cable pattern broken by sections of reverse stocking stitch. This cosy sweater features a neat V-neck and discrete lower body shaping to create the perfect 1940s sweater - knitted in dark green it would certainly make a great Land Girl jumper!
The sweater is knitted in flat pieces which are then sewn together and has three lower body length options along with information on further customisation for the perfect fitting sweater.
Warm Jumper is knitted using [productlink: Excelana North fingering weight = excelana-4-ply :productlink] a soft, fingering weight 100% British wool, spun for us in nearby Yorkshire and dyed in-house by Susan and her team. Shown here in shades: [productlink: Cornflower Blue = cornflower-blue :productlink] or [productlink: Land Army Green = land-army-green :productlink].
Our model Lola is shown wearing the third size 86-92cm (34-36in) short length.
The pattern includes instructions for nine sizes to fit chest measurements between 71cm (28in) and 157cm (62in) and contains both clear written pattern directions, together with charted instructions for cable stitch patten plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart. :tab1]
